摘 要:按甘蔗渣的不同堆肥方式及不同物料配比等因素设计基质配方,并开展适合云南热区速生阔叶树种山桂花育苗基质的研究。结果表明:甘蔗渣堆肥化处理用作育苗基质,甘蔗渣的配比高达90%,基质中养分如速效磷、速效钾、交换性钙、交换性镁的质量分数均能满足山桂花苗木营养需求。在甘蔗渣堆肥化处理过程中,C/N呈下降趋势,基质中总N量有一个明显的下降阶段,而其它养分速效磷、速效钾、交换性钙、交换性镁的质量分数呈增加趋势。在基质育苗试验中,苗木生长中期不同基质对山桂花苗高、地径的影响达到显著水平(F>F0.05=2.40);苗木生长末期,不同基质对山桂花的苗高、地径、根幅和长度大于5cm的侧根数的影响达到极显著水平(F>F0.01=3.07)。甘蔗渣堆肥用作育苗基质时,填加50%的珍珠岩的13’号基质,其密度较纯堆肥基质减轻、养分含量减少,但仍能满足山桂花苗木生长发育的需要,建议以13’号基质为培育热区珍贵速生阔叶树种山桂花的理想基质。An experiment was carried out to select the most suitable nursery substrate for Paramichelia baillonii by the advanced composting technology in Fenland according to different composting modes and different material ratios. The sugarcane bagasse compost with 90% of sugarcane bagasse in all the materials was suitable to be used as the nursery substrate of P.baillonii seedlings, and the nutrients in the substrate, such as available phosphorus, available potassium, exchangable calcium, exchangeable magnesium, could meet the need of seedlings. The value of C/N tended to decrease, and total nitrogen decreased distinctly during the composting, and the contents of nutrients tended to increase. The effects of different substrates on seedling height and basal diameter reached a significant level in growth season. The seedling height, basal diameter, root width, and the number of lateral roots with length more than 5 cm reached a extremely significant difference at late growth stage. The physical and chemical properties of sugarcane bagasse compost supplemented with 50% perlite could still satisfy the need of seedlings, which was the optimal snbstrate for P. baillonni in the tropical area of Yunnan.
