摘　　要：介绍了一种采用可编程显示驱动芯片MAX7219构成LED显示系统的方法。MAX7219采用串行接口技术,可通过编程设置显示功能。具有外部占用引线少、显示亮度可调节、一片能驱动多个LED数码显示器、外围接口电路简单、使用方便等诸多优点,因而大大简化了硬件电路。对常规的LED显示驱动电路作了比较后,给出了具体的接口电路和接口程序。This paper describes a way constituting LED display system by using of a programmable display driver chip MAX7219. MAX7219 uses the technical of serial interface and its display can be set through programming.With external occupied a small lead,adjustable display brightness,and can drive more than an LED digital display,the external interface circuit simple and easy to use and many other advantages,which greatly simplifies the hardware circuit.The conventional LED display driver circuits are compared,gives specific interface circuit and interface program in this paper.
