摘 要:目的:探讨过敏性紫癜(schonlein-henoch purpura,HSP)患儿外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫荧光抗体标记法及流式细胞仪对20例HSP患儿和20例健康儿童、20例呼吸道感染患儿、20例幼年特发性关节炎患儿外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比率进行检测。结果:HSP患儿外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞的百分率显著低于健康儿童和呼吸道感染患儿(P<0.05),而与幼年特发性关节炎患儿相当。结论:外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞参与了HSP的发病。Objective To investigate the expression of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods Expressions of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T ceils in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry in 20 children with HSP, 20 healthy children, 20 children with respiratory infections and 20 children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Results The expression rate of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells in children with HSP was significantly lower than those in healthy children and children with respiratory infections (P 〈 0.05), but was similar to that in children with JIA. Conclusion CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood plays a role in the pathogenesis of HSP.
