摘　　要：简要介绍了现有有关PVC加工用热稳定剂的环保政策法规,重点阐述了国内PVC塑料制品现状和铅盐类热稳定剂生产状况,就热稳定剂现在的处境及发展方向进行了分析,为生产企业在严峻形势下的生存与发展提供一些思路。Thc current environmental policies and laws about thermal stabilizers for processing of PVC were introduced. The currnet situation of domestic PVC plastic products and the production situation of lead salt stabilizers were discussed. The currrent situation and development trend of thermal stabilizers werc analyzed, in order to provide some ideas for the survival and development of production enterprises under the urgent circumstances.
