摘　　要：使用优质水泥是生产优质混凝土的重要前提,但对优质水泥的认识仍缺乏量化。总结已有研究成果,提出了符合一般混凝土性能要求的优质水泥的基本特征。以新型干法水泥厂的设备和工艺条件为基础,结合工厂的实际情况,考虑成本因素,从实用化角度制定了符合混凝土性能要求的优质水泥的质量标准。其内容的范围多于国家水泥标准的规定,主要包括:与混凝土耐久性相关指标的要求;对质量指标全面的稳定性要求;对水泥中半水石膏含量、粒度分布、水化热、1d强度上限、抗裂性、保水性、与减水剂相容性、出厂水泥温度等要求。The important premise of high quality concrete production is the usage of high quality cement.However,it still needs to be quantified for high quality cement.On the basis of summarizing the available research results, the basic characteristics of high quality cement suitable for the performance requirements of general concrete are proposed.From the actual situation of the plant, and on the basis of NSP cement plant equipment and process conditions, the quality standard for high quality cement suitable for the performance requirements of concrete practically with the consideration of cost is established.The scope has exceeded the national cement standard, mainly including requirements for indicators relevant with concrete durability, global stability requirements of quality indicators, requirements of semi-hydrated gypsum content in cement, particle size distribution, hydration heat,upper limit for l d strength, crack resistance,water retention, compatibility of cement and water reducer, temperature of finished cement, etc.
