摘  要:以偏凸山羊草和硬粒小麦(Sauwne20)远缘杂交F6代的30个株系为试材,用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)法鉴定分析了杂交后代高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成。结果表明:F6株系Glu-1位点变异较大,出现了17种亚基类型。在杂交后代中出现了1、2*、13+16、5+10等优质亚基,其中1亚基频率高达77.4%;5+10亚基频率高达74.2%;同时还出现了7、6+8、7+8+21、13+16+21等稀有亚基。64.8%株系的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基品质评分高达10分。The compositions of high-molecular-weight (HMW) subunits of glutenin of the F6 progenies derived from Aegilops ventricosa × durum wheat (cultivar ‘Sauwne20') were researched using sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) method in the present study. The results showed that high variations were found in the loci of Glu-1 of F6 lines, and 17 types of HMW-GS appeared. High quality subunits (subunit pairs) appeared such as 1,2 *,7+8, 13+16,5+ 10, and so on, in which the frequency of subunit 1 was as high as 77.4% and the frequency of subunit pair 5+10 was as high as 74.2%; in addition, some infrequent subunit pairs 7, 6+8, 7+8+21 and 13+16+21 occurred 64.8% of lines scored up to 10.
