高产杂交稻“株两优819”生育后期的生理特性

摘  要:以"湘早籼13号"为对照,对高产杂交早稻"株两优819"生育后期剑叶中叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量,光合速率以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行了测试分析,结果表明,"株两优819"在生育后期叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量和SOD活性下降速率慢,POD活性高,MDA含量较少;光合速率高,可溶性糖含量多,说明"株两优819"在生育后期光合生产能力较强。In this paper, using "Zhuliangyou 819", a high yield hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L), as material and "Xiangzhaoxian-13" as a control, the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde (MDA), photosynthetic rate as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were studied during the late growth stage. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein as well as the activity of SOD in flag leaves of "Zhuliangyou 819" decreased more slowly, and photosynthetic rate and the activity of POD were higher, the content of MDA was less, while soluble sugar content was higher compared with the control during the late growth stage. So "Zhuliangyou 819" exhibited more strongly photosynthetic capability.
