摘　　要：按照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》(GB15670-1995)对1.65%氧苦.牛心朴子生物碱水剂进行急性经口、经皮毒性试验,皮肤刺激试验、眼刺激试验和致敏试验。受试物对雄性和雌性经口LD50均>5000 mg/kg;对雄性和雌性大鼠经皮LD50均>2000 mg/kg;对试验兔急性皮肤刺激、眼刺激平均指数均为0;对豚鼠致敏率为0。因此,该受试物属低毒性、无刺激弱致敏物。According to toxicological test of pesticide for registration （GB15670-1995）, the test of acute toxicity of 1.65% Matrine · Cynanchum komarovii alkaloids, include acute oral toxicity, acute dermal toxicity, acute skin and eye irritation test and dermal sensitization were carried out. The acute oral toxicity LD50 of the alkaloids was 〉5 000 mg/kg, acute dermal toxicity LD50 was 〉2 000 mg/kg, there are no irritation to rabbit skin and eye, dermal sensitization to guinea pig： rate of sensitization is zero. So the acute oral toxicity and acute dermal toxicity of the biopesticide are lower, and it belongs to weak sensitizing matter.
