摘  要:以不同成熟期的桃品种为试材,对影响桃胚培养的基本培养基和糖浓度、成熟期、采样时期、种皮划伤方式和光暗处理等因子研究表明:①WPM培养基的萌芽率优于1/2MS和MS培养基;随着蔗糖浓度的增高,早熟桃的胚萌芽率增大,中晚熟品种是先增大后降低;②不同成熟期的品种低温处理时间、萌芽率和污染率不同;③同一品种不同采样时期低温处理时间、萌芽率和污染率亦不同;④综合种胚的萌芽率和污染率,种皮划伤优于剥种皮和不剥种皮;⑤黑暗条件下生长的胚培养苗比光下培养的有利于胚轴的再生。Experiments was conducted with different ripening stage peach for studying the effects of different factor, medium and sugar, ripening stages, development stages, the way scratching seed skin,darkness afferenting embryo rescue. Results showed that the medium WPM is better than 1/2 MS and MS;the effect of high suger can improve embryo germination on early-riping peach,the effect is opposite to late- riping; different ripening stages, the same cultivar in different development stages, need different chilling treatments, embryo germination rate as well as contamination rate are also different. As far as embryo germination and contamination concered, scratching seed skin is better than no seed skin and with it, the rescue seedlings grow up in darkness is better than in light for the further study on embryonic axes.
