外资创业投资对我国经济发展的作用——港湾网络发展历程的案例启示

摘　　要：本文以外资创业投资公司华平投资港湾网络有限公司为例,分析了外资创业投资公司在我国投资的一些特点,分析了外资创业投资我国经济发展的作用。研究结果显示:从微观上看外资创业投资对于科技型企业的成长发展具有"双刃剑"作用;从宏观上看外资创业投资在我国的投资具有投机性作用,对我国经济的稳定性产生了一定的危害。最后对如何利用外资创业投资提出了相应的建议。In this paper, the case of Harbour Network Company invested by Warburg Pincus is explored, and the investment characters of foreign Venture Capital institutions in China are analyzed, and the function to Chinese economy development is investigated. Research results show that foreign Venture Capital produces the Two-edged function to foreign Venture Capital to the development and expansion of S＆T enterprise from the point of microcosmic from the point of macrocosms reveals the speculation in China and produces in some content does harm to Chinese economy stability. Finally the corresponding policy proposals are put forward in order to guide how to use foreign Venture Capital.
