摘 要:制备了水相单体丙烯酸不同中和度的含水凝胶阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂(HCUP),并对HCUP力学性能、阻燃性能、保水率、尺寸稳定性及其分散相的形貌进行了研究。结果表明,中和度在80%,85%时,HCUP的拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别出现最大值;中和度增加时,HCUP的阻燃性得到较大提高,HCUP的保水率和尺寸保留率也随之增加。当中和度达到100%时,HCUP的极限氧指数可达35%。扫描电镜分析发现随中和度的提高,分散相微粒尺寸逐渐减小,粒径分布变窄。Hydrogel-containing flame-retardant unsaturated polyester (HCUP) of watersoluble monomer acrylic acid of different neutralization degree was prepared, and HCUP properties such as mechanical performance, flame retardancy, water-containing rate , length-containing rate and morphology of the dispersed phase were studied. The results show that the tensile strength, flexural strength of HCUP reach maximum respectively when the neutralization degree is 80% and 85%. With the increase of neutralization degree, flame retardancy of HCUP is improved greatly. When neutralization degree is 100%, LOI is 35%. In addition, SEM results exhibite that with the increase of neutralization degree, the particle size reduces gradually, and the size distribution becomes narrow.
