摘  要:研究了大分子相容剂对聚丙烯(PP)/水镁石粉阻燃复合材料的力学性能、燃烧性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明:马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)和马来酸酐接枝乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA-g-MAH)复合相容剂较单一相容剂对阻燃复合材料有更好的改性效果,当复合相容剂添加量为10.0份时,复合材料的界面相容性和超细水镁石粉在体系中的分散性得到明显改善,复合材料断裂伸长率、冲击强度较未添加相容剂的分别提高了45%和59%,氧指数达到28%,另外复合相容剂的加入能改善复合材料的加工流动性,并且随着其添加量的增多,熔体流动速率先增大后减小。The effect of macromolecules compatibilizer on mechanical properties, combustion performance and rheological properties of polypropylene (PP) /ultra-fine water magnesium powder fire-retardant composites were studied. The results show modification effect of composite compatibilizer to the fire-retardant composites is better than that of single compatibilizer, When the composite compatibilizer is 10 phr, the interface compatibility of the composites and dispersion of ultra-fine magnesium powder in the system is improved, elongation rate at break and impact strength increase by 450% and 590/00 respectively, oxygen index reaches 28%, while the addition of composite compatibilizer can improve the processing liquidity of the composites, and MFR increases at first and then decreases with the increase of the content of composite compatibilizer .
