摘  要:目的:建立湖北贝母提取物中D101型大孔吸附树脂有机溶剂残留量的检测方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,以HP-1(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱分离、氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果:6种大孔吸附树脂残留溶剂在16min内能很好的分离;该方法的精密度RSD均小于6.0%;加样回收率为90.8%~105.8%;峰面积与浓度均有良好的线性关系。结论:该方法操作简便、准确可靠,可控制湖北贝母提取物中D101型大孔树脂有机溶剂残留量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the organic solvent residues including n hexane, benzene, methylbenzene, ethyl benzene, xylene, styrene, divinylbenzene from D101 macroporous adsorption resin in Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia extracts. METHOD6 The residues from D101 macroporous adsorption resin were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography using HP-1 (30 m× 0. 25 mm, 0. 25μm)capillary column and a FID. RESULTS ganic residues were well separated in 16 minutes. RSD of precision were all less than 6. 0%. The recoveries of 90. 82% - 105.83%.
