冰片对盐酸小檗碱在大鼠小肠吸收的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨冰片对盐酸小檗碱在大鼠小肠吸收的影响。方法:采用大鼠原位肠循环灌注实验法研究盐酸小檗碱配伍冰片前后小肠吸收动力学的具体变化。结果:盐酸小檗碱在2.5～10.0mg·kg-1范围内其吸收动力学参数差异无显著性(P>0.05);冰片与盐酸小檗碱配伍前后吸收动力学参数,低剂量冰片组配伍前后差异无显著性(P>0.05),中、高剂量冰片组配伍前后差异有显著性(P<0.01),其中根据中医理论中用量即中剂量组统计学差异最为显著(P<0.01)。结论:冰片在一定剂量范围内可促进盐酸小檗碱在大鼠小肠吸收。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of borneol on berberine absorption in rat intestine. METHODS Intestines circumfusion in situ experiment was used to study on the change of absorption kinetics of berberine after adding borneol. RENULTS The intestinal absorption kinetics parameters of berberine in the concentration range of 2, 5 - 10. 0 mg·kg^-1 had no difference （P〉0. 05） ; After adding low dose of borneol it had no difference （P〉0. 05） ; the middle and high dose groups had difference in statistics（P〈0. 01）; and the middle dose group based on the Chinese medicine theory amount had the maximum difference （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION Borneol in the appropriate range of concentrations can promote the rat intestinal absorption of berberine.
