美敏伪麻溶液治疗急性咳嗽的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价美敏伪麻溶液(惠菲宁)治疗急性咳嗽的临床疗效与不良反应。方法:选取140例急性咳嗽患者,随机分成2组,治疗组和对照组各70例,治疗组口服惠菲宁10mL/次,对照组口服急支糖浆10mL/次,均每日3次,疗程7d。记录咳嗽、痰量、痰液黏稠度及不良反应等指标并评价有效率。结果:治疗组和对照组综合临床疗效分别为94.3%和81.4%。2组治疗效果差异有显著性,不良反应发生率差异无显著性。结论:惠菲宁治疗急性咳嗽疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical effect and adverse reaction of dextromethorphan chlorpheniramine- pseudoephedrine solution in treating patients with acute cough. METHODS 140 patients with acute cough enrolled in the trial were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. 70 cases of experimental group were administered with dextromethorphan-chlorpheniramine- pseudoephedrine solution, and 70 cases of control group with Jizhitangjiang. The oral dosage was 10 mL thrice daily for the patients in the 2 groups respectively. After 7-day treatment, the indicators of cough times, sputum quantity, viscosity and side reaction were employed to assess the clinical efficacy. RESULTS Efficiency rat was 94. 3% for experimental group and 81.4% for control. There was significant difference in efficacy rate between 2 groups, although there was no significant difference in adverse reaction. CONCLUSION Dextromethorphan-chlorpheniramine-pseudoephedrine solution has significant therapeutic effect and high safety for the patients with acute cough.
