摘　　要：本文通过分析我国生物制药产业的现状和创新特点,提出了引进消化吸收再创新模式是适合我国生物制药企业的创新模式,并以华立达公司为例分析了引进消化吸收再创新模式的具体过程和特点,最后总结了华立达案例对我国生物制药企业的启示。By analyzing the station of the bio-pharmaceutical industry, this paper puts forward that absorbing new technologies is suitable for Chinese bio-pharmaceutical companies, and analyzes the characteristics and the process of absorbing new technologies model by taking Hualida Co., Ltd, as an example. At last, it concludes the case＇s inspiration for Chinese bio-pharmaceutical companies.
