摘　　要：在对全国蛇毒凝血酶样酶产品的全面考察后，本文报道了采用高效体积排阻色谱法对其纯度及分子量的测定结果．国内蛇毒凝血酶样酶样品的纯度达到９８％以上，分子量测定结果为３７５００±２０００．High performance size-exclusion chromatography(HPSEC) is used on the quality control of national products of thrombin-like enzyme from snake (Agkistrodon b.ussuriensis and A.acutus) venom.The purity of the enzyme preparation has been improved to ninety-eight percent.The molecular weight of the enzyme is confirmed to be 37500±2000.The method has provided scientific basis for preparing new specification for pharmaceuticals.
