益气回阳注射液中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量测定

摘　　要：采用二次展开法，展开剂为氯仿—甲醇—水（３０．８０．１），排除了黄芪甲苷对人参皂苷Ｒｇ１斑点的干扰，经薄层扫描法测定了样品中人参皂苷Ｒｇ１的含量，该方法简便、快速、结果准确，为复方中人参皂苷Ｒｇ１的含量测定提供了一个简单可行的方法．The sample was developed twice on the same silica gel G plate,using chloroform-methanol-water(8∶03∶01)as mobile phase.The result showed that astragloside Ⅳ was separated well from the spot of ginsenoside Rg1,and ginsenoside Rg1 can be determined by TLC-scanning.The method is simple,fast and accurate,a method was obtained for quantitative determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in prescription.
