摘 要:采用水热法直接合成了含过渡金属Ti的杂原TiY分子筛,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis-DRS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对经过超稳和水热处理前后的TiY分子筛进行了表征。结果表明:少量杂原子Ti进入到分子筛的骨架后,不影响Y分子筛的晶型,水热前后TiY分子筛中的Ti含量基本相同,且水热处理后TiY分子筛中的大部分Ti仍处于分子筛骨架上。说明杂原子Ti在TiY分子筛中具有良好的骨架稳定性。The hetero-atom zeolite TiY was synthesized by the process of hydrothermal synthesis. The state of hetero-atom Ti existing in the Zeolite TiY and hydrothermal stability of zeolite TiY were characterized by means of XRD, XRF, UV-vis-DRS and XPS. The results showed that hetero-atom Ti introduced into the framework of zeolite does not affect the crystallographic form of zeolite Y; after hydro-thermal treatment, the Ti-content of zeolite TiY didn't decrease ; the most of hetero-atom Ti was still in the framework of zeolite even after the process of hydrotherreal treatment. All the results explained that hetero-atom Ti has high skeleton stability on the zeolite TiY.
