摘 要:可膨胀割缝管(EST)是在管材上割出一系列交错排列且相互重叠的轴向割缝,比实体管更容易膨胀开。材料选择和割缝结构优化是可膨胀割缝管的关键技术。采用不同材质和不同割缝结构的割缝管进行试验,根据割缝管膨胀前后性能变化情况,优选出合理的管体材料及割缝结构。试验表明,割缝管正常膨胀压力为85 kN,膨胀后其内径膨胀率达到了39%以上,管体材料具有良好的延伸性,割缝结构具有良好的抗开裂性能和止裂性能。Expandable slotted tubular (EST) is a new technology that cut on a series of staggered and overlapped slots with the axial slotted, it is easy to be expanded. Material selecting and slot ring structure optimization are the major techniques of Expandable slotted tubular. By testing on differenl material and slotting structure, according to expandable properties, an appropriate tubular material and slotting slrueture was optimized. Experiments showed that normal expansive force of EST was 8.5t, internal diameter expansion ratio exceeded 3934. The tubular material had good extension, and the slots had good capability of anti craze and crack arrest.
