摘　　要：抽汲排液是常规试油气工艺的重要内容,而73 mm油管抽汲装置已不能完全满足当前的施工要求。从抽汲排液的原理出发,结合试油气工艺技术的客观要求,成功研制了89 mm油管抽汲装置。现场应用表明,满足了88.9 mm光油管压裂后的排液施工要求,完善了中原油田试油气工艺技术,具有创新性。Swabbing pump out liquid is important in conventionality testing while the Ф73 mm tubing swabbing device could not meet present requirement. Aiming at principle of swabbing, and combining the oil and gas test, a Ф89 mm swabbing pump was developed. The practical test showed the Ф89 mm swabbing pump met the operation requirement and improved oil and gas test in Zhongyuan oilfield.
