摘 要:利用抗生素耐药性突变,从12株天然无抗菌活性或活性微弱的放线菌中筛选活性菌株,共获得752株突变菌株。通过抑菌活性测定,筛选得到一株野生放线菌J22耐庆大霉素突变菌株,编号为J22-G6。该突变菌株具有强烈的抗细菌活性和较好的传代稳定性。该突变菌株在菌株形态方面与原始菌株有一定的差异。试验证明突变菌株J22-G6具有更强的耐受庆大霉素的能力。分析初步推定J22-G6所产生的抗菌活性物质为聚醚类化合物。The activation experiments of twelve natural inantibacterial active actinomycetes by inducing antibioticsresistance mutation were carried out. The result showed 752 mutation strains were obtained by antibiotics resistance. The results of antifungal activity in vitro showed the strain J22-G6 indicated potent antibacterial activities, which was one of Gentamycin-resistence mutations from J22. The heredity character of this strain was stable in successive six generations. The mutant J22-G6 showed differences in the morphological characteristics compared with the wild type strain J22. The Gentamycin-resistence of strain J22-G6 is higher than strain J22. Chromatography of the fermentation extracts from strain J22-G6 indicated that the main active components might be Polyether antibiotics.
