摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定乳结消片中姜黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为VP-ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(61∶39),检测波长为428nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:姜黄素进样量在0.036～0.216μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为98.93%,RSD=0.99%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单、结果可靠、重现性好,可用于乳结消片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of curcumine in Rujiexiao tablets .METHODS： The separation of sample was performed on VP- ODS C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） .The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0.2% phosphoric acid（61 ： 39） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^ -1.The detection wavelength was set at 428 nm. RESULTS： The calibration curve of curcumine was linear within the range of 0.036-0.216μg （r = 0.999 8） with an average recovery of 98.93% （RSD = 0,99%, n = 9） .CONCLUSION： This method was proved to be simple, reliable and reproducible,and applicable for the quality control of Rujiexiao tablets.
