摘　　要：农村居民最低生活保障制度已在山东省全面建立,但制度运行过程中还存在一些问题,今后要从准确界定低保对象、科学制定低保标准、加大财政投入力度、落实与农村低保相关的各项配套政策、健全低保组织机构等方面对该制度进行进一步完善。The subsistence allowances system for the rural poor has been comprehensively set up in Shandong province, but problems still exist in implementation. In future, in order to improve this system, the beneficiaries of the system should be accurately defined, standards of subsistence allowances should be set up in a scientific manner, fiscal input should be increased, other auxiliary policies related to the subsistence allowances system should be carried out and organizational structures should be strengthened.
