湖北民族地区主导产业选择的挑战与机遇研究

摘　　要："边城"是对湖北民族地区地理位置的写照,"中心"是湖北民族地区发展的美好愿景,如何将"边城"建设成"中心",主导产业的选择至关重要。目前,湖北民族地区正是由于主导产业的缺乏而发展滞后,文章在实地调研的基础上,详析了湖北民族地区主导产业选择所面临的困境及机遇,认为湖北民族地区的主导产业选择应依据大武陵文化圈的区域化发展、全球性现代化运动的文化转向及该地区现有发展实际,定位为"民族文化生态旅游",以"旅游"为主线,整合第一、二、三产业,形成产业叠加效应,藉以促进又好又快发展。＂Border Town＂ is the portrayal of minority areas of Hubei province＇s location. ＂The Centre＂ is the beautiful prospect of its development. How to change the ＂Border Town＂ into ＂the center＂. The choice of leading industries plays a vital role. At present, due to the lack of leading industries, the minority areas of Hubei province＇s development is very slow. Based on the survey and the inspection ,the paper has analyzed the difficulties and opportunities faced by the leading industries in minority areas of Hubei province. It holds the view that the choice of the leading industries should be based on the regional development of Wuling Cultural circles, the leaning to culture of the global modernization movement and the reality in the minority areas of Hubei province. Taking turism as the mainline, leading industries should set the sight on ＂cultural and ecological turism＂, counpounding three industries to get interactive advantage,in order to accelerate the development to right orientation.
