我国三大经济圈内企业对外直接投资动因实证分析

摘　　要：文章利用长三角、珠三角和环渤海地区企业对外直接投资的面板数据实证得出,垄断优势论、邓宁的经济发展与对外直接投资关系说以及威尔斯的小规模技术优势和拉奥的技术地方化优势理论能够解释这些地区内对外直接投资行为,而规避贸易摩擦的动机不能够解释区域内企业的对外直接投资行为。同时由于存在假外资,"策略型"对外直接投资动机并不成立。This paper uses the panel data model to study on the motivation of OFDI in China＇s three economic circles. It concludes that the theory of monopoly advantage, the theory of relationship between economy development and FDI, the theory of small-scale technical advantage and the theory of local technical advantage can be used to explain the behaviors of OFDI in these areas. However, the motivation of evading trade frictions doesn＇t explain the behaviors of OFDI in the three economic circles. And the motivation of strategic OFDI does not exist as a result of inveracious FDI.
