摘　　要：论述了江苏省新型农机社会化服务组织的类型及其运行机制,并就各类新型农机社会化服务组织运行机制在组织成立、法律属性、经营管理机制、利益联结与分配机制等方面做出了比较,同时对各组织的发展趋势进行了预测。This essay mainly discusses the types and operation mechanism of socialization service organization of agricultural machinery in Jiangsu Province,on the basis of which the essay compares different types of operation mechanism of socialization service organization of agricultural machinery in the organization＇s establishment,legal nature,management mechanism,combination of benefits and distribution mechanism and further forecasts their development trend in the future.
