摘 要:太阳能热水系统的流量分布不均匀严重影响其热效率,为了改善流量分布,提高效率,简要分析了自然循环和强制循环的太阳能热水系统中流量分布情况及其成因,论证了强制循环热水系统中流量分布不均匀现象普遍存在。针对该问题提出了几种使流量均匀化的措施,其中改变集热器管路中的局部阻力特性最容易实现。Flow maldistribution in solar waterheating system with collctor arrays has a serious influence on the thermal efficiency, so it is necessary to improve the flow rate distribution. The results and causes of flow distribution in system with natural circulation and pump circulation have been theoretically analysed respectively. Analysis and experimental data show that maldistribution commonly exists in pump drived system and always leads to lower efficiency. In order to solve the problem, appropriate measures should be taken, such as properly designing the structure and size of collectors, reducing the scale of collector arrays and chanaging resistance characteristics in manifolds. Among them, the last one is easier to realise in engineering.
