摘　　要：通过对XML,XML Schema及国外相关医疗信息交换标准与规范的研究,结合国际上标准开发方法的最新进展,将国家卫生数据字典基本数据元以XML Schema方式进行定义,形成了一套可复用的基本元素库与通用参考信息交换结构。将有助于生成统一组件构成、统一信息结构、语义明确的XML文件用于卫生与医疗数据在异构系统之间的完整准确交换。Basic data element of the National Health Data Dictionary was defined with XML Schema to establish a set of basic element that can be repeatedly used and a universal reference structure of information exchange, by studying on XML, XML Schema and related foreign exchange standard and specification of medical information, as well as the latest development of standard developing method. It will held to set up the unified component, unified information structure, and semantically definite XML file and is useful for full and exact excha.nge of medical information between difference system.
