摘　　要：对全国水库移民后期扶持管理信息系统的设计成果进行综述,论述了全国水库移民后期扶持管理信息系统的建设背景和目前的进展。系统建设的主要目标为:对后期扶持移民人口、资金信息进行动态监管;对数据资源进行整合和共享。系统建设主要内容包括:1个中心、1个数据库、2个网站、6个应用系统、已有数据迁移和移民乡村G IS数据处理和标注。介绍了主要的设计方案,并对下一步的建设提出了一些前瞻性的问题和应对措施,包括:分区分片进行试点,采用年度计划信息和资金拨付信息管理来实现对资金的动态监管,做好系统建设标准和数据标准的建设、数据迁移、培训、与地方应用系统的衔接工作等。This paper summarizes the design achievements of information system for post-support management of reservoir resettlement in China and introduces its developing background and progress at present.The main objects of the system development are to dynamically supervise information of resettlement population needing post-support and funds;integrate and share data resources.The main development contents of the system include 1 center,1 database,2 websites,6 application systems,the stored data transfer and rural resettlement GIS data process and mark.This paper presents the main design scheme,puts forward some prospective issues and countermeasures for the next development,including sub-region pilot work,dynamic fund surveillance,standardization of system and data,data transfer,training,joint with local application systems.
