摘　　要：针对某厂中厚板加热炉前缓冲器结构复杂体积庞大维修困难以及碰撞严重噪音大等问题，提出使用弧形缓冲器的改造方案，经实验研究表明新结构缓冲器基本上消除了以上缺点，在实际生产中具有较好的应用价值。To avoid a series of problems about the bumpers that is fixed in front of the heating furnaces at the steel rolling mill,such as,complex construct huge volum serious bumping and noises,especially difficult maintainence of the roller drived system under the bumper,this paper suggests to use arc bumper.Through the tests and investigations,this bumper can essentially eliminate the defects mentioned above.It has much value in practice.
