好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器中膜污染特性的研究

摘　　要：从好氧颗粒污泥的特性出发,研究了好氧颗粒污泥缓解膜生物反应器中膜污染的特点。颗粒污泥膜生物反应器的运行周期可由絮状污泥膜生物反应器的19 d提高到36 d。对泥饼层中的颗粒污泥做批式试验,发现泥饼层中絮状污泥所占比例为56.2%,大于混合液中的45.8%,其比阻高达15.81×1012m/mg,而粒径>1.6 mm的颗粒污泥比阻只有0.47×1012m/mg。对泥饼层中污泥的EPS做进一步研究,发现蛋白质是其主要成分,无论是絮状污泥还是颗粒污泥,泥饼层中污泥的EPS含量要明显高于混合液中污泥EPS的含量。The effect of aerobic granular sludge on membrane fouling in the membrane bioreactor was studied. The operation time of aerobic granular sludge membrane bioreactor is increased to 36 days, compared to 19 days for floc sludge MBR. The experiment on granular sludge in the sludge cake shows that the ratio of floc sludge to total sludge is 56.2%, which is larger than 45.8% in the mixed liquor. Furthermore, the specific resistance of floc sludge in the cake is 15.81 × 10^12 m/mg, while the specific resistance of granular sludge with particle size larger than 1.6 mm is only 0.47 × 10^12 m/mg. It is observed that protein is is larger than that in a major component of EPS in the sludge cake, and EPS content in the sludge cake the mixed liquor, both floc sludge and granular sludge.
