摘  要:以膜生物反应器(MBR)的活性污泥为对象,研究了高速离心法、热提取法、超声波法对活性污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)的提取效果,并确定了三种方法的最优提取条件。结果表明,高速离心法(在16 000 r/min下作用40 min)对EPS的提取率低,对细胞破坏程度小,适合作为一种对照方法来判断其他提取方法对细胞的破坏程度;超声波法(在频率为40 kHz、功率为50 W下提取20 min)对EPS提取不完全,可以与其他方法结合作为一种有效的预处理手段;而热提法(在80℃下提取20 min)对EPS的提取率虽然较高,但对EPS及细胞体破坏程度较大,不适合对提取的EPS作进一步的成分分析。The extraction of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) membrane bioreactor (MBR) was studied by three physical means: ultracen activated sludge in the trifugation, thermal and ultrasonication methods. The optimal extraction conditions were determined. The ultracentrifugation with 16 000 r/min and reaction time 40 minutes has low extraction efficiency of EPS but little cell disruption. It can serve as a control method to estimate the cell disruption caused by other methods. The uhrasonication with frequency 40 kHz, power 50 W and reaction time 20 minutes has no complete EPS extraction. It can be used as a preliminary treatment in conjunction with another extraction method. The thermal extraction, under temperature 80 ~C and reaction time 20 minutes, is effective, but causes great EPS and cell disruption. The extracted EPS is not fit for farther composition analysis.
