摘  要:目的:研究苦石莲对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用苦石莲预防性给药若干天后,用CCl_4所致肝损伤模型为研究对象,检测小鼠血清ALT、AST及肝脏系数等指标。结果:苦石莲能抑制小鼠急性肝损伤血清ALT、AST的含量和肝脏系数的升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:苦石莲对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定保护作用。Objective : To study the protective effect of Caesalpinia minax Hance on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride ( CCl4 ) in rats. Method: The model mice of acute hepatic injury were established with intraperitoneal injecting 0. 1% carbon tet- rachloride( CCl4 ) 0.1 ml·(10g)^-1. Seventy mice were randomizely divided into 5 groups: model group, control group and three treating groups of Caesalpinia minax Hance which were administrated by gavage at the doses of 840mg·kg^-1 , 560,280 mg.kg-1 once everyday. 7days later, all mice were put to death. The liver index, the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum were observed. Result: Caesalpinia minax Hance could decrease the liver index( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) and the activities of ALT and AST(P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.05 ) in serum. Conclusion: Caesalpinia minax Hance can protect the liver from acute hepatic injuried.
