摘  要:目的:考察氨茶碱与甲磺酸酚妥拉明酚妥拉明在5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温8h内,观察两药配伍后的外观、pH、不溶性微粒变化,并用高效液相色谱法测定氨茶碱和酚妥拉明的含量。结果:酚妥拉明不影响氨茶碱的稳定性,但与氨茶碱配伍后使溶液pH呈碱性,导致酚妥拉明不稳定。结论:氨茶碱的加入会降低配伍液中酚妥拉明的稳定性,临床上使用时应注意溶液pH对酚妥拉明稳定性的影响。Objective: To study the compatible stability of aminophylline injection and phentolamine mesilate injection in 5% glucose injection and in 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Method: The changes in appearance, particles and pH value of the mixture of the two injections in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection within 8 hours at ambient temperature were observed. The concentrations of the mixture of the two injections in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection were determined by HPLC-UV within 8 hours. Result: Phentolamine mesilate does not affect the stability of aminophylline. When aminophylline is added to phentolamine mesilate solution, it makes the solution into alkaline. This is the chief reason for the instability of phentolamine mesilate solution. Conclusion : It is instability of phentolamine mesilate solution when aminophylline added. Clinical practice must be aware that influence of pH of the resulted solution on the stability of phentolamine mesilate.
