摘  要:目的:优选红花提取工艺。方法:用分光光度法测定红花黄色素的含量,以红花黄色素的含量及提取转移率为指标,采用均匀设计优化提供工艺。结果:加20倍量40%乙醇提取45min,在80~90℃温度下提取2次,可使红花中黄酮类成分提取完全。结论:本方法简单可行,可用于工业大生产。Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Carthamus tinctorius L. Method: The contents of safflor yellow(SY) were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. With the transferring rate and content of SY as index the optimum extraction condition was selected by uniform design. Result: The optimal extraction process of SY was extracted with 20 times amount of 40% alcohol, refluxing and extracting 45 minutes, for twice at 80 -90℃. In this condition, SY could be extracted effectively. Conclusion : The extraction process is simple, practicable and available for industrial production.
