摘  要:针对某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿的特征,通过多种方案的比较,采用"铜铅混选,铜铅精矿分离,尾矿选锌"工艺流程,铜铅混选调整剂用硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠+碳酸钠组合抑制锌,TY-1作为铜铅混选的捕收剂,水玻璃+亚硫酸纳+羧甲基纤维素组合抑制剂进行铜铅分离,使该矿石取得较好的选矿指标。In light of the characteristics of copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ores, an effective flotation flowsheet was achieved by contrast of many schemes. The flotation flowsheet consisted of bulk flotation of copper and lead-separation of the concentrate of copper and lead -dressing zinc from tailings The conditioning agents for the bulk flotation of copper and lead were zinc sulfate + sodium sulfite + sodium carbonate. TY-1 was selected as the collector for bulk flotation of copper and lead. The water glass + sodium sulfite + carboxymethyl cellulose were used as combined depressant to separate copper and lead, so that better flotation indexes of the ore were achieved.
