川乌不痛贴最佳镇痛作用贴敷时间的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察川乌不痛贴的最佳镇痛作用的贴敷时间。方法通过对不同贴敷时间的小鼠进行醋酸扭体镇痛实验,以研究该药的最佳镇痛作用的贴敷时间。结果川乌不痛贴腹部外敷对小鼠醋酸扭体有抑制作用,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);贴敷8小时组扭体次数最少,经方差分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论川乌不痛贴对小鼠醋酸扭体有抑制作用,即有镇痛作用;贴敷8小时镇痛效果最好。Objective To observe the application time about the best analgesic effect of Chuanwubutong Cream Methods Study of the best Application time by the mice, s wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid was conducted.
