摘　　要：针对目前语义Web服务发现的研究现状和存在问题,提出一种新的省时的基于语义功能匹配和服务质量筛选的服务发现方案.在此基础上,以福建省进出口领域企业基础信息交换平台建设项目的实际需求为背景,提出一个基于语义Web服务的异构系统集成模型.This paper presented a time-saving plan based on semantic function and quality match according to the present situation and existent problems of semantic Web service discovery. Basing on the research, and setting the actual demand of the construction of enterprises＇ basic information exchange platform in import and export fields in Fujian province as a background, the authors proposed a model of semantic-based heterogeneous system integration.
