摘 要:目的观察不同的混匀方式及加药方法对溶液中胰岛素均一性的影响。方法瓶装盐水加优泌林R用两种方法混匀,即A组加药后不采取任何混匀方法,B组加药后用手缓慢将瓶子来回倒转8~10次;袋装盐水加优泌林分别用两种方法加入胰岛素,即C组用1 mL注射器抽取4 U优泌林R直接从加药口加入,D组用1 mL注射器抽取4 U优泌林R从加药口加入后,再用另一5 mL空针抽取盐水5 mL从加药口注入。两组滴注速度相同。结果瓶装盐水加胰岛素溶液初始浓度明显高于中、后期浓度;不同的混匀方法对胰岛素浓度的均一性无明显影响。袋装盐水不同的加药方法对胰岛素浓度的均一性也无明显影响。结论不同混匀方式与加药方法对溶液中胰岛素浓度无影响。Objective To observe the influence of different manipulations on the homogenicity of insulin solution. Methods Mixture of Humulin-R was made as follow: adding Humulin-R into bottling saline directly (Group A), or reverting the bottle for 8-10 times after adding Humulin-R (Group B), adding 4 U of Humulin R into packed saline using 1 mL injector (Group C), or injecting 5 mL of saline into the plastic bag after adding Humulin-R (Group D). Same transfusion speed was kept. Results The initial concentration of insulin in the bottling was higher than those of the middle and later period. The different manipulations of adding and mixing insulin in packed or bottling saline did not effect its homogenieity. Conclusion Different methods of mixing and adding drug do not affect the homogenicity of insulin solution.
