摘　　要：目的探讨经导管房间隔缺损封堵术病儿围术期存在的护理问题并提出护理措施。方法对48例行先天性房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵术病儿在围术期按预见护理程序实施护理。结果在实施护理过程中,48例手术病儿中46例成功置入封堵器,无一例发生术后并发症,手术成功率95.8%。结论采取有效护理措施预防经导管房间隔缺损封堵术后潜在并发症的发生,是提高ASD介入治疗成功率的可靠保证。Objective To discuss perioperative care for children undergoing transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect （ASD）. Methods Forty-eight children received ASD closure were attended based on foresighted care program perioperatively. Results During the care, the closure of ASD was successfully done in 46 cases, success rate being 95.8%, without severe complications. Conclusion Taking effective nursing to prevent potential complications after ASD closure is a credihle guarantee to raise the success rate of this procedure.
