摘　　要：目的摸清怀远县恙虫病流行情况,有效预防与控制恙虫病的扩散与蔓延。方法采用描述性流行病学研究方法,对所有恙虫病确诊和疑似病例进行调查,用Excel2003进行数据分析。结果报告病例85例,实验室确诊15例,年龄最大85岁,最小1岁,主要分布在50岁以上,占57.65%,男性与女性之比为1.125∶1,病例均发生在10月份,主要在中下旬,占96.47%,涡河以北多于涡河以南,临床上以发热、皮疹和特征性溃疡或焦痂为特点。结论怀远县在淮河以北地区首次发现恙虫病,应引起高度重视。Objective To understand epidemical situation of tsutsugamushi disease in Huaiyuan county, and control its over- spreading. Methods All cases of tsutsugamushi disease were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results In 85 cases, 15 cases were confirmed by laboratory examination. Most patients were over 50 years old （57.65%）. Proportion of male and female was 1. 125： 1 ,most cases occurred in October,especially in the last twenty-clay period（96.47% ）. Cases in the north area to Guo river were more than south area. Fever,rash and diagnostic ulcers or eschar was clinical characteristic. Conclusion Tsutsugamushi disease is found in the north area to Huai River for the first time, so it deserves paying much more attention.
