摘　　要：目的探讨成分输血在肝脏移植中的应用价值。方法分析2例肝移植患者术中、术后成分血的应用与检验结果。结果2例患者术中、术后输注红细胞和血浆量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后凝血机制基本正常,患者一顺利康复出院,患者二病危自动出院。结论做好血液贮备,及时检测出凝血功能,有针对性输注血液成分是保证移植成功的关键。Objective To explore the application value of component blood transfusion in liver transplantation. Methods Component blood and laboratory results of two patients were analyzed during and after liver transplantation operation. Results The differences of volumes of RBCs and plasma transfused into two patients during and after operation were significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ,and clotting mechanism of the two patients were normal. The first patient was rehabilitation discharged successfully, and the second patient left hospital because of dangerously ill. Conclusion Doing blood reserve well and detecting Clotting function in time and transfusing correct blood component are key points to ensure the transplantation success.
