摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT技术诊断输尿管外科疾病的应用价值。方法选择各种典型患者25例,其中输尿管狭窄4例、输尿管重复畸形2例、输尿管肿瘤8例及输尿管结石11例,比较螺旋CT与静脉尿路造影(IVU)、B超等诊断技术诊断各种输尿管疾病的优缺点。结果螺旋CT可获得不同层面、不同角度的三维或二维图像,能提供更为直观、全面的影像资料,明确病变的大小、部位及其与周围组织的关系。结论螺旋CT能进行快速薄层扫描,重建图像质量好,与IVU、B超相比较对输尿管疾病的诊断和治疗方案的设计更具有指导价值,可作为临床诊断的一种有效的辅助检查手段。Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT on ureteral surgical diseases. Methods 25 patients with typical ureteral surgical diseases, incuding 4 cases of ureterostenosis,2 cases of ureteral duplication, 8 cases of tumor of ureter and 11 cases ureterolith,were examined by spiral CT,intravenous urography and B-ultrasound. Forte and disadvantage of diagnosing methods were compared with others. Results The spiral CT can offer three-diamensional or two diamensional images from different angle and layer,and can get more direct-viewing and allround images information which do benefit in knowing the size,position of the focus of lesion and ambient organization. Conclusion The spiral CT can carry out quickly thin layer scanning, recon- structed high-quality images,it is significant benefit in diagnosing the ureteral surgical diseases and guiding project of the clinical treatment, it can be used in the clinical work as an effective assistant diagnosis method.
