摘 要:目的探讨清洁并保留灌肠在PET/CT诊断结直肠局限性代谢增高灶中的价值。方法对46例PET/CT常规全身显像乙状结肠及直肠部位出现不能确诊的局限性代谢增高灶者,给予清洁并保留灌肠后行盆腔局部延迟扫描,次日或第3天接受结肠镜检查。比较PET/CT显像结果与结肠镜检查结果。结果清洁保留灌肠后行盆腔局部延迟扫描,30例局限性代谢增高病灶消失,结肠镜检查均未见明显异常。结论清洁并保留灌肠可以有效排除大部分乙状结肠及直肠部位的生理性摄取,而对于清洁并保留灌肠后仍存在的局限性代谢增高灶,有必要近期内进一步行结肠镜检查,以明确病变性质。Objective To evaluate the value of cleaning-and -retention enema in the diagnosis of locally hypermetabolic foci by laF-FDG PET/CT. Methods Of 46 patients undergoing ^18F-FDG PET/CT for locally hypermetabolic lesions in sigmoid colon and rectum, which were unconfirmed, were performed pelvic delayed scan after cleaning and retention enema, and a colonoscopy was done the next day or on the third day. The results were compared with that of 18F-FDG PET/CT. Results The local foei disappeared in 30 patients after cleaning-and-retention enema. No abnormality was seen colonoscopically. Conclusion Cleaning-and-retention enema can effectively remove most of physiological uptake in colorectum. For those with hypermetabolic loci remained after the enema, a colonoscopy is needed to confirm their nature.
