石墨型熔渣碱度与接头性能的关系

摘　　要：本文通过计算石墨型熔渣碱度,研究了钢芯同质铸铁焊条熔渣的碱度与熔渣微观结构和焊缝组织的关系。结果表明,石墨型熔渣的碱度不同,则促进石墨化元素的过渡量不同、熔渣的微观结构不同。碱性熔渣有利于防止焊缝出现白口组织。The relationship between basicity of graphitiferous slag and microstructurcs of both slag and weld metal arc investigated for the same electrode with cast iron. The results show that the graphitizcd clement transfer efficiency and slag microstructurc are dependent on basicity, the basic slag is of benefit to prevent weld metal from white iron structure.
