摘　　要：在民主社会中,公民政治参与的状况直接关乎民主政府的成败。探究了我国公民政治参与的现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并提出从政府、行政人员、公民自身、基层组织四个角度来完善我国的公民参与,以期提高公民自主管理能力,构建合作、参与的政府治理框架。In a democratic society, citizens＇ participation in governance has much to do with the status of a democratic government. This paper deeply explores the situation of citizens＇ involvement in the governance, analyzes its problems and propose perfecting Chinese citizens＇ participation in terms of the government, administrative staff, citizens themselves, base organization in order to enhance citizens＇ self-management capabilities and construct the governance framework of cooperation and participation.
