摘　　要：介绍了DOTNET的背景、构造，阐述了DOTNET的实现机制，以及用于生成分布式WEB应用程序的DOTNET框架的基本原理。比较ASP和ASP．NET的区别。最后结合具体步骤，给出了利用DOTNET平台建造具有良好伸缩性的WEB应用程序的过程。采用微软DOTNET 2.0开发环境，配合SQL2005进行设计和开发，利用互联网的优势，建立一个独立、稳定、先进、高效的教育平台。通过远程教育平台自身丰富的个性化、人性化的交互功能，使平台成为远程教育的主要手段，让学生在远程教育网络平台上进行学习变的更加简便、轻松、有趣。丰富广大群众的文化生活，满足全民的学习需求，提高全民素质。结合具体步骤，给出了利用DOTNET平台球造具有良好伸缩性的WEB应用程序的过程。Introduced the DOTNET background, the structure, elaborated the DOTNET realization mechanism, as well as uses in producing distributional WEB the application procedure the DOTNET frame basic principle. Compared with ASP and ASP. NET difference. Finally unifies the concrete step, gave had the good elastic WEBapplication procedure process using the DOTNET p/atform construction. Uses the Microsoft DOTNET 2.0 development environments, coordinates SQL2005 to carry on the design and the development,using the Internet superiority, establishes an independence, stably, advanced, the highly effective education platform. Through distance learning platform own rich personalization, the user friendly interactive function, causes the platform to become the distance learning the main method, lets the student carry on the study in：the distance learning network platform to change simpler, relaxed ,interesting. The rich general population＇s cultural life, meets all the people＇s study need, improves all the people quality. Unifies the concrete step, gave had the good elastic WEB application procedure process using the DOTNET platform construction.
