摘 要:在对缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理进行分析探讨的基础上,研究了水性咪唑啉类缓蚀剂A在铝粉颜料制备过程中对铝粉性能的影响规律,发现水性咪唑啉类缓蚀剂A在水介质中制备铝粉颜料的最佳用量为3%(缓蚀剂与原料之质量比)。在此基础上进一步研究了水性咪唑啉类缓蚀剂A复配后对铝粉性能的影响,结果表明:在同样条件下,复配缓蚀剂制备的铝粉的各项性能更好。这对进一步研究水性铝粉颜料的制备具有一定的参考价值。Based on analyzing and discussing the inhibition mechanism of corrosion inhibitor, effect of aqueous imidazoline corrosion inhibitor A on the properties of aluminum flake powder in ball milling process was studied. It is found that 3 %, the weight ratio of corrosion inhibitor to Al powder, is verified as the optimum dosage of aqueous imidazoline corrosion inhibitor A in preparation of aluminum flake pigment in aqueous media. Based on the above experiment, effect of multicompound imidazoline corrosion inhibitor on the properties of aluminum flake powder was further investigated. The results show that the properties of aluminum flake powder prepared by multicompound imidazoline corrosion inhibitor are better than that prepared by imidazoline corrosion inhibitor at the same condition. It will be worthy of further research for preparation of aluminum flake pigment in aqueous media.
