摘 要:合成了试剂5-(3-甲基-2-呲啶)-亚甲基若丹宁(MPMR),研究了其与钯的显色反应最佳条件。利用自制的流动比色装置,尝试了一种新的流动注射光度检测技术,一次注样便产生两峰一谷响应曲线,使分析灵敏度大幅度提高。在pH值为3.5~6.5介质中MPMR和Pd^2+生成摩尔比为2:1配合物,λmax=436nm,ε=8.79×10^4L/(mol·cm),进样频率120次/h,钯含量在0~1.4,μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律。该方法用于钯溶化剂中钯的测定,结果满意。5-(3-methyl-2-pyridy)-methylenehodanine(MPMR) was synthesized and its chromomeric reaction with palladium was determined, and the optimal condition was obtained. A new FIA derivative spectrophotometry was proposed by a color comparison set. A differential absorption curve can be obtained with three inflexions, two valleys and one peak only by injecting sample at one time. The sensitivity for analysis can be raised. In pH 3.5--6.5, MPMR reacted with palladium to produce complex of 2 : 1, λmax = 436 nm, ε = 8.79 × 10^4 L· mol^-1·cm^-1. The frequency of sample insection is 120 times per hour. The content of Pd is 0-1.4μg·mL^-1 . Results show the proposed operation is suitable for the determination of the total contents of palladium.
